Five years ago, we embarked on a journey that would change our lives forever. Muhammad Ramish Tariq and Imran Ali two friends from Pakistan who arrived in Riyadh with dreams of building something meaningful. Like many who come to this great city, we were filled with hope and determination, ready to work hard and make our mark.

As we settled into life in Riyadh and worked in the maintenance industry, we began noticing a gap that affected countless families and businesses. The frustration of dealing with multiple service providers for different appliances  one company for AC repair, another for refrigerator issues,  a separate technician for washing machines, and yet another for dishwashers. The inconsistency in quality, the unpredictable pricing, and the unreliable service became a recurring theme in conversations with our neighbors and clients.

We lived this challenge ourselves. The endless phone calls, the waiting games, the uncertainty about whether the technician would actually show up, and the variable quality of work. It was during these moments that we realized Riyadh deserved better. Families here needed one trusted partner they could rely on for all their appliance repair and maintenance needs.

For the first three to four years, we served the Riyadh community through physical service calls, building our reputation one satisfied customer at a time. We listened to what people really needed – not just quick fixes, but lasting solutions. Not just low prices, but honest pricing. Not just service, but service with respect for their homes and time.

Today, we’re proud to have grown into a team of 25+ expert technicians and assistants, each sharing our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. But our evolution didn’t stop there.
